CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWSWe understand that there may be occasion where you are not able to keep a scheduled appointment. All we ask is that you kindly contact us to make alternate arrangements within the time frame requested below. Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave us with empty appointment times and we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that appointment.
For a cancellation with less than the following notification requirement time ( see below ), clients will be charged 50% of the service fee. For no show appointments and third time cancellations, the full fee will be charged. This charge must be paid prior to your next appointment being booked.
* Individual Appointments: 24 hours’ notice for altering, cancelling or rescheduling.
* Multiple Appointments (3+ hrs) or Side-by-Side Appointments: 48 hours’ notice for altering, cancelling or rescheduling.
* Private Parties / Groups (3+ guests or 5+ hrs combined services): 7 days’ notice for altering, cancelling or rescheduling for the entire group and 48 hours’ notice for individual attendees.
APPOINTMENTSFor new clients kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that your treatment can start promptly. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service ONLY if it is available.
SANITATION & TOOL CLEANING POLICYWe follow very strict guidelines with regards to sanitation and cleanliness in the operation of our business. Please refer to our Sanitation Policy for specifics.

GIFT CERTIFICATESGift certificates have no expiration date. Gift certificates have no cash value and are not refundable.
